This 45 minute video iis perfect for those who are just starting their Reiki journey or those who have been practicing on friends and family and feel they could use a refresher course. Reiki Teachers will also find this of benefit for their students. The positions demonstrated go beyond the 15 Usui Hand Positions and provides a unique perspective which came about because of a question asked by a student.

Video 2: FOLLOW ME GUIDE TO A COMPLETE REIKI SESSION: This video is designed to be played while giving a full 45 minute Reiki session to friends, family or clients who are willing to allow you to play it during your session. This is a sllent video so you many chose the music you would like to have played while conducting your session.
