Meeting with Aimée was great! She made me feel so calm and comfortable during my first ever reiki experience. Aimée is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything you may experience and answer all questions… she even checks in with you the next day to see how you are feeling. Amazing service. I immediately signed up for the focused weekly sessions. After only one session I am feeling more positive and energized than I have for some time. So thankful that Aimée has been brought into my life. 💚✌️

I was very tired after the session with Aimee. I went to bed and fell asleep right away. I had dreams. When I woke up the next morning, I was groggy and heavy feeling. During my school day, I felt everyone around me was all “crazy” but I wasn’t. I didn’t know what needed to go, until it was gone. I feel better.

I experienced the best approach of healing from PTSD. As a victim of crime, I always struggled with rumination and feeling of being stuck. I have had other reiki treatments but most left me dizzy, exhausted and out of body which I never really liked. Aimee's treatment is SO DIFFERENT and for the positive. I felt grounded, clear-headed, focused and energized! My lower back pain which never really goes away even with regular massage felt great the next day! I feel like I experienced so much relief and release. I didn't think twice about signing up for a 4 session package and can't wait for the next treatment. Highly recommend!

I arrived completely unaware of what to expect. Aimée was very good at explaining the process. The Reiki experience was something so foreign to me yet I left feeling a lot better. I was curious about Reiki, but didn’t really know anything about it. My understanding of it was limited to knowing it was energy and it was healing. I contacted Aimee, who brought me in and spoke to me, answered my many questions and suggested I have a session to try it out. I am so glad I did....in fact I’ve been in for several sessions. It’s hard to put into words my experiences—in the allotted space provided, but I can say that I have chosen to take Aimee’s class to learn Reiki for myself!!

It's hard to believe you're going to learn something so mystical in the short span of 48 hours and feel any sense of confidence but through Earth Light Energies' training that's exactly what happened. My mind is blown on so many levels, from the experience, to how I felt during, as well as after my reiki treatment. I left feeling so much lighter, and refreshed on so many levels, there are no words. It also heightened my own physical sensations to energy and my chakras so I am actually able to feel when my energy is beginning to feel blocked so I am able to do extra self care. I highly recommended Aimée for all your reiki needs both as a teacher and as a practitioner.

I completed Level I Reiki training in June and now just completed Level II. Was amazing...enjoyed both classes immensely. if you are thinking of Level I though you have to do Level II! Aimee puts a lot of thought and effort into her classes and creates a safe learning environment. She is very detailed and ensures you practise well during class. I would recommend training!

I had no idea what to expect from my first Reiki treatment, but I definitely did not think the experience would be as amazing as it was!! I absolutely loved my treatment. I felt refreshed, had to best sleep ever following my treatment, woke up feeling rejuvenated and light. I would highly recommend Earth Light Energies to everyone! Hello. I had a Reiki session with Aimee & I very much enjoyed it. I was sleepy so I think I may not have been aware of any subtle effects. But maybe that's the point, in that the session was so relaxful that my sleepiness was exactly what I needed for that moment :) Anyways, the office was professional, in a nice location, and Aimee explained things appropriately, which all made for a lovely experience. I met Aimee for the first time yesterday and received a reiki session afterwards. When I arrived I had a migraine and was exhausted, left feeling great. Firstly, having Aimee come to my house to do this was very special. Being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I had been feeling down and anxious that day due to a close friend's mother dying. After the Reiki session, my mind felt better and clearer and I had a lightness. I also had the best sleep in days. A friend had told me about her experience with Reiki and with Aimee. I was very curious and booked a complimentary session. I've been going through a lot lately, and am very overwhelmed. My sleep is off, and I needed some help. During my session, I felt completely and utterly relaxed. A deep relaxation. My mind which is usually like a squirrel's nest, was at peace for the first time in ages. I slept through the night for the first time in months. I booked 4 more sessions with Aimee. She's great!

I've been wanting to have a treatment by Aimee for some time now. My life has been crazy lately and I had been feeling quite overwhelmed and had been suffering from some physical ailments as well. My first treatment was such a wonderful experience that I booked in weekly for a month. After the first session, I slept like a baby and have been feeling much calmer and more focused. I have heard of Reiki from several people but have not had a session with anyone before. I was very curious for years and had the fortune of meeting Aimee Clark Reiki master. I have had incredible transformations in physical and emotional energy during the sessions and have lasting changes and increased energy days after the reiki touch. conversation before and after the session most enlightening. Treatment session very nice - relaxing, meditative state during the treatment brought beautiful colours to my mind's eye. I felt I was in the right place. At home afterward, I experienced some small physiological anomalies, and had a short but restorative cat nap. If you are spiritually in tune with others, Give Reiki a try
