Lost your certificate? A new one can be emailed to you for printing. If you chose to use a printing service, such as Staples, request that it be printed on white linen or parchment paper.

If you need more than one certificate, please select the quantity you require.

If it needs to be mailed, the postage will be billed as a separate cost. (
